But even on his good days it's his aggression and workrate that stand out rather than any sublime quality with the ball.

He missed two sitters

He really had to score today. But a good game apart from that. Loved his workrate, had some good link up play, nice dribbles and showed good physicality.

Anyone got Bayern's number? Maybe they'll take him a year early.

Good workrate but he needed to score that. 

Everything else was on point. It's a shame that the ref can't call a foul when he's been fouled twice in a row. 

I thought he was ok, worked hard did not shirk out of challenges and could have scored a decent goal yet the wrong side of the post. There were others that missed more than one chance.

Thought TT was right to bring him off as his spat with Romero was starting to look like another card in the making.

 

Confused why some people still think he's a 9. He's an under 10 goal per season midfielder not a number 9. Personally think his best position is behind the striker. 

At first I thought he and Mount work well together, but at this rate it should be one or the other. Too redundant and both too inconsistent in attack. 

Sadly we need more than just work rate, especially for a player in his position otherwise just like today, it will cost us wins.

Like everybody, he had a good game today, but why can't he finish these chances? He was an elite finisher at Leverkusen, where has it gone?

I think he is the most at risk attacking player if we bring in a striker before the window closes. He was the only player who i thought was below par today and the easiest to replace.

Thought he had a good game overall. Of course he missed a sitter which is hugely disappointing but he led the line well.

Never want to hear the term generational talent ever again. 

I can't put my finger on what he is actually good at. People say he's being played int he wrong position, but I can't remember the last time he had a stellar game, and he's been tried at several positions. It was stupid to spend that kind of money on him after just one good season

Maybe now Rudiger and Werner have gone his heart isn't in it with the club anymore.

How many chances does this guy get? It has been a long time since he has offered anything to our attack

He's not that good.

I'd take Oscar above most our attackers.

Tuchel is telling him and Sterling to pass to Cucurella at every training session.

The alternatives are dross like Pulisic and Ziyech.

Kai isn't in the team because he's been good he's been shocking.

If we'd signed another player like Raphina, Dembele or Auba like we want to he'll be out the team in a heartbeat.
