Pulisic seems to have really benefited from the break in the season. He has been very impressive so far in his return

Not the prettiest of performances but other than Kepas mistake and the header from the free kick City haven’t looked too dangerous. I’ll take a second half like that.

Best thing about that Pulisic strike (well other than scoring it and the comedy of Mendy being as mobile as John Coffey) was how calm Pulisic is. I wouldn't have fancied Abraham to finish that and Batshuayi would have knocked it out for a City corner!

I think everybody did their job, not much to complain. 

We started crap, but were much better after the drinks break. We got the goal at the perfect time, just as we were starting to create a few chances. I still feel we could be a bit stronger with our tackles, they don't need to be full blooded, but strong enough to win the ball.

Game really changed after we first broke through, but to give Frank credit, his plan has worked so far, 20 minutes in, it looked like it was going to be a painful defeat but the counter attacks have worked. 

City really struggling without a striker, nobody in the middle for them. But Mahrez is still extremely dangerous, Alonso on a yellow with 45 minutes against Mahrez? Ughh, can only pray right now. 

Tactically we're great, players keeping their positions very well, defending as an unit. But City completely dominating us in possession and soon they will bring Jesus in which will cause more troubles.

We need to grab the second goal and bring players that can hold the ball like Kovacic.

We're dangerous in our counter attacks, Pulisic and Willian are doing well. Great ability by Pulisic in the goal, good dribble, 1v1, finishing.

Christensen and Rudiger somehow looking like a great CBs together, I really hope they will save that form and keep it up.

Decent half from us. Soaked up some early pressure, kept our shape, and then played some lovely stuff on the counter at times, and a good goal from Pulisic. We had by far the better chances and deserve our lead.

I stick by that I don't want him in this position long term but credit where credits due Kante has done very well. I think as a team we've struggled to play out at times due to no regista but I can't blame Kante for that, it's not where his strengths lie.

He's holding his position and not being baited to press which was a concern at the start so hopefully he sticks to that.

He didn't even rush towards goal either, baited Mendy to make a brash challenge who was clearly desperate after making a mistake, and easily glided past him. Excellent composure that. 

I'm sure Morata would've scored that though!
