Pundits talk about a squad depth saying how strong it is....despite the few injuries the 2nd string is simply not good enough.  This game is a shocking performance all over the pitch against a lowly Watford side who besides beating a very poor Utd side have been sh*te all season... If we get 3 points today I will be amazed.

What an appalling first half. Can't pass, can't tackle, not following runners, can't create anything really. Saul and RLC may as well not be playing, they are being utterly outplayed, Alonso struggling as usual.

I will pay saul's plane fair and take him to the airport what a total waste getting him.

Mount, Chaluba and Christensen have been reasonable all the others are horrible.

Watford are a team that plays with a lot of physical energy. This was not a game to play Saul, Pulisic, and Havertz when we were already missing Kante, Kova, Reece, and Chilly. 

I know this is probably a lot of subs at half-time. But: 

Saul, Alonso and Puli should get hooked. And, get on Jorgi, CHO and Werner (game is begging for his pace). 

That was pretty dire.

Saul is embarrassing, hope that's the last we see of him in a Chelsea shirt. Simply not good enough. 

I've said this before. Squad depth is only good to fill holes and subs. You can't have two separate squads and expect it to work. 

I really don't get how an intelligent tactician like TT can't see that picking a starting midfield of RLC and Saul was a recipe for disaster. Barkley must have been really sh*t in training this week ...

Wow, Watford are running us ragged.

We're missing too many influential players tonight and the likes of Saul and RLC just aren't up to it.

TT HAS to make changes at half-time. Saul is a red card waiting to happen. Get Jorginho and Lukaku on and let's keep the ball for a bit and take the sting out the game and the lively home crowd.

A big Fail for Tuchel if Saul starts second half. I would even swap out RLC as well, put Chalobah and Mount (if not injured) in central midfield.

Tuchel needs to look at the league table and then decide if we want to finish tonight in top spot or 3rd in the table.

At the moment we are 3rd.
