April 15, 20233 yr The positives we can take are that when we are extremely lucky and get a deflection we can put the ball in the net. other than that why the f**k did we give Frank (even though a legend of a player) but complete and utter failure as a manager the job until the end of the season. Why? I didn’t want Potter here, but I certainly didn’t want Frank back in charge what a f**king disaster this season is. shambles
April 15, 20233 yr I hope Brighton finish in the top 4, They're miles better than Utd and Spurs. We were hopeless.
April 15, 20233 yr Why are Sky saying shock result and Brighton's surprised 2-1 win? Who was honestly surprised? The only surprise was us scoring a goal FFS.

April 15, 20233 yr Only losing 2-1 actually feels like some sort of victory LOL, especially given the likely xG score 🙂 Kepa and Gallagher the only starters to come out of that with any credit today. One dead game out of the way ... seven to go ! Roll on Tuesday's embarrassment ...
April 15, 20233 yr I can accept a defeat, what I can't accept is being completely outplayed like that in every position.
April 15, 20233 yr Worry for me is this isn't going to be a easy fix, this will cost us the next 2 seasons at the minimum. We have a squad full of over paid charlatans who couldn't care less about Chelsea. We have spent a fortune in assembling the worst group of footballers I have ever seen play together. Will be years to get rid of them and we won't exactly have the funds to do it all again which is sadly what is needed as this squad is a abysmal. Remember when Lukaku was our biggest issue...oh take me back to those days

April 15, 20233 yr That’s it I agree bring out the coke infested players, at least they’d have some energy.
April 15, 20233 yr For those who are “done” for the season - we are done for the season in terms of the league but your club needs your support more than in the last 20 years heads up - the only way is forward

Frankly I'm the oldest I've ever been.

April 15, 20233 yr If I'm not mistaken until this season Brighton has never beaten Chelsea even once. This season they did a double over us in some style. Just shows how far we are now from a mid-table places let alone challenging for top spots.

This isn't losing when giving an effort..this is losing because the players can't be arsed. I won't stand for that and we should be allowed to make that judgment for ourselves without the old "not a true fan" rubbish either. This isn't my Chelsea, not even close. Not 1 player out there put in a solid shift for effort. It's criminal

If you have a world class team like that side, it is a lot easier to win than if you don't, like Tuchel, Potter and Lampard all have experienced this season. Time will tell about the quality in the team. Just because a lot of us had lost patience in Potter it doesn't mean we are short termers. It's all about incremental advances. We have seen none of that throughout Potter's reign and, as many of us expected, nor from Frank so far.
