I'm ashamed to say I had some negative things to say about Poch.  However he's really turned things round towards the end.

He seems to have done well there but it’s also only one year. Maresca was hired by city as head of youth and also as guardiaola assistant so he definitely knows a bit and won promotion but it’s a major risk going for someone who’s never managed in any top flight ditto for mckenna.

The odds of that just decreased quite greatly. I cant tell if I’m sad or angry, mostly just tired of this constant chaos and upheaval I think

As much as I love Tuchel, his football was proper boring. Plus he burns players out after 18 months. It won’t be him. 
 

I really Can’t see De Zerbi not coming. 

Tuchel by all accounts likes to be less involved in transfers and stuff and just be left to coach. So, with the sporting directors in place dealing with transfers, we're probably in a better place for him now than when the new ownership came in.

If we go that route.

I would take tuchel over the other names.

Leicester have a gigantic wage bill compared to the rest of the league, it really isn't much of an accomplishment. And they nearly bottled promotion after being 10 points clear. 

 

In fairness Ipswich getting double promoted is an amazing achievement, but lower league success doesn't always translate upwards.

I wouldn’t want Tuchel back but he’s probably the best out there alongside Amorim to be honest.

If we go for Amorim I think he’d come even though he’s said he will be staying at Sporting.

His Bayern team don't look anywhere near as good at controlling games as we were, even though they have much better players

 

We played Real of the park under Tuchel, but his Bayern team just parked the bus trying to scrape a win.

 

Ironically, Leverkusen won the league off Bayern in a possession based 3-4-3.

He masterminded Brighton to 11th in the league, I’n really not sure where his reputation comes from

I think the writing on the wall was the league cup final defeat. It all went downhill since when you consider this is what sparked the start of Poch's post match rants and ownership not directly speaking with him. 

I think it was all but mutually accepted than Poch wasn't going to be the guy to take us forward, but it was largely agreeable sticking with him this next season provided the less risk. Unless ownership/directors already have someone lined up (someone who is a genuine upgrade), this is such a inept decision.

Thats the biggest mistake Poch made. He had opportunities to bond with the fans, but weirdly never chose to take them

What the actual f**k. So now we need to start again for the 3rd time in 3 years. Just when the mood was at the best it's been for 3 years and things are starting to look very promising.

If Gallagher and Chalobah are also sold there has to be some sort of protest again the owners. The only manager out there who I'd want over Poch is Alonso, but that's never going to happen. We will get a young yes man who will get sacked within 9 months.

I mean, maybe he saw that the Bayern Job was still vacant and he knew the board didnt really trust him so he made a move. The sporting board has to do a press conference or an interview at some point, so many weird decisions.

Didn't he have Mason Mount in the form of his life? And he brought Trevor through.

 

He's brought Pavlovic through at Bayern as well. Musiala's had another good season under him too.

I really don't want De Zerbi, was he really that impressive at Brighton? As above, I don't want anymore of their cast offs.
