Fantastic performance from the whole team. Special mention for Hazard and Mortata. 

Credit to Batman, he keeps popping up with the goals. 

Kudos to Cesc. Last year CEsc was coming in as an impact Sub. Now he is starting games - I am happy that he is taking it positively and working hard to get back to his best. Hopefully he forms a great partnership with Morata and becomes the assist king this season as well.

Feels very good to go into a big game and know we won't adopt a default underdog backs to the wall mentality but play according to how things go on the pitch.

It won't always work out but I feel the last time we played these guys on our patch we could have taken the game to them more than we did.

Unbelievable - how I've missed champs league

Hazard best player on the pitch, Morata brilliant and won't stop scoring, Baka and Kante gave them fits and the defence held them from too many chances (except sauls sitter !!)

Atletico are impossible to beat at home - this is a statement win! 

Batman I love you !!! I get the criticism but Michy has passion for the club and scores more often than not. He's capable of backing up Morata and could easily get 20 goals across all competitions this season.

Bring on city!!!

They're a well-drilled side. They kept their shape and composure throughout 90mins. They don't make silly mistakes as often as we do

At least from what I've seen thus far

Batshuayi  is a surprise super sub. He had such little time but managed to score with his only chance. What an asset. I thought it was a mistake to take Moratta off but The Don knows best. Not only brinigng on the winning striker but managed to rest Moratta and Hazard for City. This was the first time Moratta started with Hazard and their link up was superb.

The whole team were fantastic tonight and this will send a big message around Europe and the Premier League.

It may sound over confident but I think the Moratta Hazard link will improve with time. Bakayoko was good but he still got caught in possession a few times . If he learns from that he will be immense.

It feels like the best result in Europe since Munich.

 

 

Robbie Savage has to be the worst commentator ever by the way, he's hilariously bad. 

I don't think I've ever seen someone call a tap-in the best goal in the Champions League.

it is the best result since Munich especially against a top side

Lots of people saying that Eden has freedom not having to track back. I remember three occasions when he got back and put his foot in to win the ball back in dangerous situations, worked his arse off today!

I wouldn't say he's a big game player, Morata did well but needs to be more clinical. 

Bats, however, is very underrated in the box, his finishing is fantastic you can't knock it. I really hope he improves his overall performance because I would love to have him in the side for longer.

I only missed the replay from celebrating to the fact that we beat those Spanish sh*t houses.
