How has he been badly managed? He’s 18 and has broken into the first team this season. At 18. Sarri was clear he needed to improve tactically and he has. Does anyone seriously think he should have just been handed an automatic start back in August over hugely experienced players who have been loyal servants of this club for years?

Who said he should have been an automatic starter in August? Nobody said that. People have been asking him to play more, not start every game, and seeing that he barely got a game until January (and not much more after it) I think it's fair to say that Sarri has handled this very badly.

He made 4 appearances before January, 2 starts and 2 substitute appearances. His starts came in two Europa League games, after we qualified from the group, and two substitute appearances in two other Europa League games. It was clear that Willian and Pedro have been struggling all season, he still couldn't get a game over them though. Sarri himself said he was on their level and ready to play in the important games like those two, but until now, he has picked Pedro and Willian over him almost every single time. Sarri only started playing Hudson-Odoi more when the rumours with Bayern started, after January though, he barely got a minute on the pitch again.

Hudsod-Odoi has been putting in consistently good performances, and every single time he has found himself on the bench the next game.

So what if he is only 18? Young players have faced stronger competition than Pedro and Willian and managed to become regulars in the past. Right now, Hudson-Odoi looks better than the pair of them. I have been more excited watching Hudson-Odoi in the small amount of minutes he has played compared to any time Pedro or Willian has played this season.

Maybe if Hudson-Odoi had picked up a few more appearances before the January window opened, he wouldn't have had his head turned by Bayern. From my point of view, it is all on Sarri if Hudson-Odoi can't be convinced to sign a new deal.

Most of this time before January he was 17, while he helps us, and I think he should be #2 of the wingers now only behind Hazard.  It's pretty off to say he should have been playing over Willian and Pedro while the team was doing well, also Sarri didn't play him more due to Bayern, the transfer window also signalled the end of Morata, and Hazard was a false 9 in part to get CHO minutes.  I just don't see the connection.  I see it as Sarri saying 1-5 on the front line are Hazard, Willian, Pedro, Morata and Giroud, and when Morata fell out of favor they were Hazard, Willian, Pedro, Giroud and CHO.  Now we've added Higuain, but CHO continues to move up the ranks.

Did anyone really think CHO should be an automatic starter in August? Sarri wanted CHO in the squad and I think fans and CHO expected him to start the majority of league cup games and Europa league games. The fact he didn't probably made CHO's mind up about wanting to join Bayern.

I have never being so confused about a manager than with Sarri. One moment i want him gone and games like yesterday i want him to stay. Who else would have played THREE academy players from the start and play so well, Christiansen seems to have cut out the errors, loftus cheek is back to full fitness and making the lampard position his own, CHO is gaining experience and game time more than any 18 yr old before him at Chelsea. I see them three being in the first team regular next year. Also, Ampadu will get game time next year with Kovacic leaving. Reece James will be with the first team too next year. IF we finish top 4 and win UEFA cup Sarri would have done excellent for his first season.

The performance last night is what I was hoping to see more of under sarri. I think his system can work in most games in England with the right personnel, it's just a pity that he has taken 4 months to find a solution, it could all be too little, too late.

If sarri was to stick with last night's 11, I would be keen to see what he can do next season, but I'm not convinced Alonso, Barkley, kovacic, Willian, and pedro, have all fallen down tbe pecking order because of last nights perfomance.

Its taken "F*ck Sarriball" to embarrass our fan base and make us look like petulant children ?

If Sarri turns this around we will be a walking meme.

So yeah, I think it's perfectly understandable that many fans have been moaning in recent months.

Yeah but some of the venom thrown at him on here is way over the top, we even had someone saying we should p**s all over him. I can understand constructive criticism, but no need for the hatred and venom, the bloke is just trying to do his job.

Interesting how Sarri talks about CHO, Christensen and RLC being a potential great future for us when 2 of 3 seem dead set on wanting to leave lol.

None of them are hopefully leaving

I know I shouldn’t laugh at that but I did, did someone really say we should p1ss all over him? That’s one of the strangest yet funny insults I’ve ever heard :laugh2: (being Scottish I’ve heard a few!)

But it's perfectly ok to slag him off on a forum ?. Maybe if you had travelled to another country on Sunday mothers day as well and spent some of your wages and had to watch terrible football with our two best players on the bench you'd be pissed off as well. I've booed countless Chelsea teams in the past it's what football fans do.

I don't slag him off on the forum either because i'm not a child. I'll be flying to Prague in 6 days and spending hundreds of £'s of my wages to SUPPORT my team and manager, mate. We should meet up for a pint before the game, bet there's some lovely Czech beers.

Good work everyone!

I'd like to think Sarri has learned a little something about Chelsea over the last few weeks...…….
