2nd game in PL and already looks more assured than Koulibaly. 

Excellent again, it's likely that his signing will go under the radar as all the young attackers take the headlines but he could turn out to be the best one.

Looks solid. Composed on the ball, physically imposing and good awareness of space. I don't think it's a coincidence that we've looked more structurally sound (and kept two clean sheets) in the two games since he signed.

Hard to fault. Again to me it’s is positional play, awareness and concentration that really stands out. his pace, strength, height and technical ability all just add to that. 

Solid performance and can’t ask for more - keep going lad!

It’s absolutely no coincidence we have kept two clean sheet since he’s partnered Silva as soon as KK comes back in I suspect that will change.

CB's always go under the radar but this guy looks like a good signing, can't see Koulibaly getting close to the starting 11 again.

He’s what we thought Koulibaly would be!

I don’t know, I think his distribution has been quite solid so far. One or two passes were off today but he’s always looking for the line breaking pass.

Looks quite solid and composed, should of scored but another good performance.

He’s 21 his passing is actually good but his first job is stopping goals and so far he’s excelling at that.

His passing will get better

I think his passing has been one if his best aspects, tough today with how little space there was in midfield, but he plays some nice passes into the front players, and over the top, and his composure is fantastic for 21.

Pleasantly surprised so far.

Very impressive so far, calm,strong and I think he’s a good passer as well.

Solid player.

What is noticeable for me is although he’s being guided by Silva he isn’t be carried by Silva and they are forming a good partnership together.

Big difference to when K2 is playing.

Don’t think we are going back to a back 3 again. Potter has said he wants to play a 4-2-3-1 that can morph into a 3-4-3 in game.

I am a big fan of Wesley Forfana, once he steers clear of injuries for a bit people will see how good he is.

Looks to be a brilliant signing. These are the type of signings that we need - smart ones. 2 very good games. 

I know its early but I would like to see him play with Chalobah at some point. Want to see how he fairs when he isn't paired with Silva. 

Would also like to see him at RCB (in the hypothetical Fofana becomes injury prone and Colwill comes in at LCB) given he's played there before at Monaco. 

Feels nice to actually sign someone that can automatically just be good and healthy. There was a particular situation on the left wing, we had a couple of players trying to get past the defense and Jorginho failed to pass towards Mudryk I think, the ball was lost and Liverpool went fast on the attack in a matter of maybe 5 seconds, someone was making the right run and the pass was coming and boom, this guy buddy guy Badiashile Benoit (still have to get the hang of his name) intercepted that ball that otherwise would have resulted in Liverpool having a real chance.

He's tall but he thinks fast and has no problem with the pace of the game at all. Looks like he settled better than Koulibaly, which is sad for Koulibaly.

I keep forgetting how young he is, he plays with the composure of a seasoned defender. 

He looked great against Liverpool with his back to goal that's for sure, but Pool made it easy for him with their play. 

 

That said his distribution problems are still apparent, if a little better than I've seen him before.
