Really looking forward to seeing him play. Hope that is tomorrow. 

Delighted to see him make his debut. As others said in match forum, nothing spectacular, but I don’t think it needed to be. Made defending look quite easy. 

Very impressed by his technical ability. Pulled a few awkward passes out the air, some nice first time passes, won his headers and most impressive was his positional play. One time out of position against Zaha and he was straight back goal side in moments.

Will have bigger tests, but well done indeed. 

Thought he was class. Him and Silva could be our CB partnership now for the next 10 years.

I know Silva's great but playing until he's 48 may be a stretch even for him!

It was the type of performance I wanted to see from him. No David Luiz special where he could pull off something brilliant and then something terrible, just a nice and composed game.

I thought Koulibaly was huge, this guy is a freaking fridge.

It was refreshing that I didn’t really noticed him on the pitch.

It's not unfeasible Argo. There are a good number of rumours, and also a substantial amount of supporting evidence, that Koulibaly is 48.

Seemed ok on the ball, looked dodgy first 10 mins though, muscled off the ball easily twice. I'd like to see how he deals with more attacking teams before coming to any judgement,

Get rid of Koulibaly and have Colwill/Badiashile for LCB and Fofana/Silva/Chalobah for RCB next year.

Would be really great if this is the first time @BordeauxBlueis ever wrong.

Though if he is that upsets the balance of....every....thing....

What I most liked  was how fast he moved the bal forward. Simple, quick and effective. 

Early days but like what I see.
