If he has a bad debut the Gooners will be on his back and could completely unsettle him and hopefully the team. Fingers crossed he's another Rodney Marsh or Tino Asprilla players bought when a team was going really well and f**ked things up basically.

Actually, 12 mill apparently. Looks like some of the Arse fans aren't too happy about this. Just took one example from the BBC sport site transfer feed.

"A back up for Partey should 100% be our priority before the window closes! Whether it be Tielemans or Caicedo. I don't think Jorginho is a good option but if we are planning on getting Rice in the summer why spend £70m on Caicedo when we could get Youri about half the price and use the left over for Declan Rice".

Good arrangement for all involved, he played in a struggling side all season let's see what he could do with the league leader, not wishing him all the best but I suspect he will actually do well.

Yes he will enable their keeper to play the ball into Jorginho but time after time if you watch if an attack is disciplined enough to press then he is liable to caught out.

Ask yourself this how many times has Jorginho ever made the killer pass ?

In his 143 games he scored 21 of which 19 were penalties and just 5 assists . 
 

Every time he played the pace slowed and some are saying that is a plus .

He had some good times for us and a few great ones. Bar a couple of dreadful ones, he was a decent penalty taker and he has been a good pro.

But my everlasting memory of Jorginho will be him "running in treacle" as opponents glided past him on a regular basis. Don't think I have ever seen a slower footballer.

Would wish him all the best but as he's signed for the Gooners, that ain't gonna happen!

It's been a mixed experience having Jorginho. I've been one of his biggest critics but, in the interest of fairness, here is a reminder of his highlights.

 He is a Defensive midfielder his job was never to play the killer pass. He plays the line breaking pass to the attacking midfielders who are meant to make the killer pass.  How many times do rodri or Fabinho make the killer pass, Unfortunately all our attacking  midfielders in Chelsea can't make that pass ( Mount, Gallagher,kovacic kante).

He is a liability on defense ( cant tackle) and is especially vulnerable  on the counter attack due to his lack of pace but don't be surprised if he balls in Arsenal

Fastest he has moved for five years

Works in our favor that every signing we've given to Arsenal they have been utterly sh*t. Cech was inconsistent and some Arsenal fans even suggested he threw the Europa final.
