He's been class in the past couple of games, fingers crossed he can stay consistent.

After his first season I worried that he'll burn out and become some version of Oscar, but he's just built differently and Potter has made good decisions when it came down to rotating and subbing players. 

Looks like the blip is over, back to being the best player on the pitch two games in a row now. Keep it up, Mase!

 

I admire Potter for openly talking about our opportunity to review injuries. Perhaps bad luck, but likely something we can do also. 
 

Regarding Mason, hopefully just a bruise. We’ve had some poor luck with injuries. 

probably something that the new owners insist on and what we might not have seen otherwise

Didn't turn up against decent team again, maybe we just play him against the bottom 6 and in cup games against league 1 teams so he can continue to pad his stats and we can pretend he's an elite player.

Yeah why give an opportunity to Hutchinson, Pulisic or Carney when you can play Mount or Havertz out of position or play the woeful Sterling?

Maybe we can just sub Jorginho on for penalties and then off again after so we can actually run a midfield for once and pretend he's actually a footballer x 

Mason can't preform brilliantly every game,he is a key cog in our engine,and is still young enough to get better,knocking him on here  everytime he doesn't have one of his best games is silly,there are far more worthy of a bashing than him.
