No, I didn't think Christensen had to make the foul at all.

Fair enough. I think he would have been slated for that too though.  Anyway, all pretty academic now.  Ugh

I’m turning this off. Kepa could not have done anymore the last 12 months to be dropped. He’s done everything.
im sure when mendy arrives he’ll need 4 weeks to settle in. Takes a while to get cushy in west London

so frustrated with what I’ve seen today. We’ve learned nothing.

The way we set up lost us the game. It was a pathetic way to set up. Leeds we’re braver against them.

Yep, full of energy and took the game to Liverpool. We have been the complete opposite. It's fine playing counter attacking football, it can work against Liverpool's high line, but we have been so negative with that approach.

The positive about this game is we hopefully will never have to suffer Christensen or kepa again

add Alonso and you gotta deal.

Tut tut bloody tut ,best thing cfc can do now is to somehow play out for no more lpool goals and learn from this game select the correct 11 to start the next game

I am not absolving Kepa of any blame but we have been passing the ball in our penalty box all day . Its like we were scared of liverpool. At least leeds showed balls when playing liverpool. We have been lethargic and timid since the first whistle. Lampard must take some responsibility for this COWARD like performance

Most likely kepa will be dropped next match. That’s just embarrassing

Lampard shouldn't have bought him back into the team. Caballero isn't the answer, and he has mistakes in his game too, but until he makes the mistakes Kepa has been making, he should have kept his spot in the team.

Christensen and Kepa cost us this game. It caused us to go full on defensive against Pool and have one of our attacking threats come off.

Now we're toothless and soft. F*ckin A man

I've got better things to do than watch Kepa make things any worse than what they were... while we are not at full strength this is just a continuation of last season, certainly defensively and from an attacking standpoint.

I don’t understand. We played so well against them last year in a 4-3-3 going toe to toe with them. I know we don’t have 2 fit wingers but Callum down the right. Werner off the left and Abraham/Giroud central and have Mount and Havertz either side of Kante. It worked last year and we’ve upgraded Willian > Werner and Barkley > Havertz. We didn’t look great against Brighton playing this way so I’m not sure what Frank expected to be different.
