Can’t see him playing the final unless Dave is dropped and I can’t see that happening.

playing Dave rwb would be the wrong decision it has to be Reece or Callum

But for which team will it make the difference? He made some howlers against them last time.

Of course, drop him then, our best CB atm. While we're at it let's drop everyone, cause they've all made a mistake at some point.

AC has played brilliantly especially against Man C before, it suits an intelligent, anticipating CB like him.

I don't think he'll be brought back into the starting 11 after being out for weeks, for such a big game. Tuchel will stick with the players he's been using lately.

He deserves an absolutely incredible amount of praise for his performance tonight. I feared the worst when Thiago went down as he is such an experienced and calming player in the back line.

Coming off the bench and getting up to speed quickly is hard any game and any position, but the central defender in our three is so key and for him to come in and stroll the game  as he did, after being out for 3 weeks - putting his body on the line blocking shots was incredible.

Elite performance from Andreas & deserves all the plaudits in the world tonight.

Same thoughts here! A lot of people would have choked given the circumstances he came into the match but he made it look like Thiago didn't get injured.

Made a mistake and got injured against City, didn't play for 3 weeks and then had to come on again against City. I thought he could be suffering from PTSD again but no he had the game of his life.

Well done Andreas, a deserved European Champion.

Was great when he came on last night. Didn't look phased at all by being called on through Silva's injury.

He's had his best season for the club, looked good in the centre of the back three and playing on the right of the three.

If we continue with the back three next season I think Christensen has to be first choice.

I think Silva has to be first choice, until he’s lost it. Christensen is the natural replacement thankfully, really hope he keeps it up. I still have that annoying voice in the back of my head saying he’s going to revert back to his shell at some point like he did under Conte.

It was great foresight from Silva to give him the practice of replacing him during the first half of a game due to injury like he did as Spurs. He was superb then, and he was even better last night.

I said a lot of bad things in the past but he kept playing well and I was praising him, still when T.Silva couldn't continue I couldn't help but to worry. But he did a good job, so I can say now that all that was in the past stays in the past, he has shown that he can be on point in big games.

can we get Andreas and Rudi playing as a 2 in a back 4  ?

We cant play a back 4 until we get a pure defensive midfielder. I love jorginho but he cant protect a back 4 hence why Tuchel plays a back 5 and Kante is not a pure defensive midfielder.

Top class last night. I always thought he was a decent player but maybe a bit soft and lacking aggression to make it at this level. I was definitely wrong about him and I hope this can push him on to have a great career at Chelsea.

I think he has seen Rudiger turn 'Psychonaut' and stepped up..
